Genesis Educational Services seeks a cheerful, outgoing person to answer telephones and direct customers in submitting issues to our customer service help desk.

Responsibilities
  • Answer Help Desk Telephones.
  • Direct calls to appropriate Help Desk personnel.
  • Assist customers with submitting issues to our on-line support system.
Requirements

  • Knowledge of computers

Education Level

  • High School or equivalent

 

Salary

  • $10.00- $12.00 per hour with significant growth in both title and pay.
