Genesis Educational Services seeks a cheerful, outgoing person to answer questions and provide support to customers contacting our customer service help desk.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their questions about our supported software in a professional and courteous manner.
- Find answers to all questions addressed to you.
- Research questions using a variety of manuals and resources.
- Work with other staff in answering customer questions.
