Genesis Educational Services seeks a cheerful, outgoing person to answer questions and provide support to customers contacting our customer service help desk.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with their questions about our supported software in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Find answers to all questions addressed to you.
  • Research questions using a variety of manuals and resources.
  • Work with other staff in answering customer questions.

Education Level
