Event Summary:
This webinar will review the procedures for creating schedules for elementary grade levels in order to meet the requirements of the NJ SMART Course Submission Snapshot. The webinar will address the creation of elementary schedules in two ways:
Option 1 – Schools that currently use Elementary Grading and will push out the subject codes in that module to create the master class schedule.
Option 2 – Schools that do not use Elementary Grading and will need to manually create the master class schedule.
The webinar will also provide information on the fields required in the Scheduling Module for the NJ SMART Course Submission Snapshot and the process for adding teachers and students to courses.
How to Register:
To access a webinar, locate the info tab in Genesis and there you will see the webinar tab. All posted webinars will be listed on that screen. You must have rights to access those tabs in order to participate in the webinar. You can pre-register for webinars on that tab or simply join the webinar on the day it is given. You can also enter a webinar that is already in progress.
