HELPING SCHOOLS ADDRESS COVID-19 CHALLENGES—Important UPDATES for Genesis Schools

THE GENESIS TEAM IS WORKING DILIGENTLY ON IMPORTANT MODIFICATIONS TO ASSIST SCHOOL DISTRICTS IN ADDRESSING COVID-19 CHALLENGES.  RECENT MODIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

*PARENT/STUDENT DAILY SELF MONITORING CHECKLISTS FOR COVID-19 SYMPTOMS--The Genesis development team is currently working on a module that will allow students/parents to complete daily self monitoring checklists for COVID-19 symptoms. 

*STAFF DAILY SELF MONITORING CHECKLISTS FOR COVID-19 SYMPTOMS--The SIS module will be followed up with a STAFF self monitoring component in our SchoolFi Human Resources program.  The tool can be customized and accessed through the Employee Portal on a daily basis by all staff.

Until further notice, the Genesis offices will be closed. Our entire support team and administrative offices will be working remotely, but we are still
committed to providing our customers with the same level of support.  Our thoughts are with all those affected by the Coronavirus Pandemic.

At this time, we kindly urge all of our customers to transition to using JIRA exclusively, as a means of contacting Genesis for support. This method of support
is now the most effective way for our Help Desk to stay organized, work to help resolve your issues, and assist with questions. Our Jira ticket system can
be accessed at https://support.genesisedu.com for submitting tickets to the Help Desk. Please also submit a ticket if any additional users from your district
need a Jira account. Include the user's Full Name and Email Address, and an account will be created for them within a short period. If our Help Desk should
receive any phone calls during this time, we will retrieve voice messages periodically, and return phone calls in the order they are received.
