    Until further notice, the Genesis offices will be closed. Our entire support team and administrative offices will be working remotely, but we are still
    committed to providing our customers with the same level of support.  Our thoughts are with all those affected by the Coronavirus Pandemic.

    At this time, we kindly urge all of our customers to transition to using JIRA exclusively, as a means of contacting Genesis for support. This method of support
    is now the most effective way for our Help Desk to stay organized, work to help resolve your issues, and assist with questions. Our Jira ticket system can
    be accessed at for submitting tickets to the Help Desk. Please also submit a ticket if any additional users from your district
    need a Jira account. Include the user?s Full Name and Email Address, and an account will be created for them within a short period. If our Help Desk should
    receive any phone calls during this time, we will retrieve voice messages periodically, and return phone calls in the order they are received.
