Report Card Form Changes
If your district is planning on making any changes to the report card forms please remember that Genesis would need 90 days to implement any significant changes. There may also be fee attached. Please complete your report card changes and get them to your Genesis account rep as soon as possible.

Contacts 2 Conversions
System admins who are ready to convert to Contacts2 should submit a Jira stating they are ready to convert. While there is currently no official deadline, please be aware that support for the old addresses and contacts will be limited. We recommend completing conversion to Contacts2 prior to the start of the 2011-12 school year.

New Training Resource For Genesis Users
Training videos are now available through the wiki within Genesis. Login to Genesis. Access your wiki. Click on " videos" on the left side of the screen. The list of training videos offered appear. Click on the training you need. It's that simple. There are currently 3 training videos listed including one that explains summer withdrawls/graduates and how they are handled in NJSMART. This is a great resource for our customers. Our trainers and developers will continue to add training videos to the wiki covering multiple genesis topics.
